SML# 4.1.0 released

SML# 4.1.0 has been released.

• Changed and improved LLVM support. SML# now supports from LLVM 7.1 to LLVM 18.1. For the developers to precompile SML#, LLVM 7.1.0 is required. To precompile, set the “–with-llvm7” configure switch.

• Fixed a number of bugs including the issues #10, #39, #67, #68 and added some test cases in ~/tests/data/regression.
